Test effectiveness and measures
You can initiate the effectiveness test of the audit measure via the transition Submit audit measure for review.
In the associated form, you can, for example, edit the root cause analysis or document the implemented measure.
The following users are authorized to execute the transition:

Creators
Requirements: The measure was created without a root cause analysis.

Persons responsible for measures
-
Persons responsible in the superordinate finding or opportunity for improvement
The effectiveness tester now receives an e-mail that he/she can test the effectiveness of the measure.
Approve effectiveness and complete measure
You can approve the effectiveness and complete the measure via the corresponding transition.
You enter a release protocol in the associated form. You can then revise the implemented measure again.
The following users are authorized to execute the transitions:

Persons responsible for measures
-
Persons responsible in the superordinate finding or opportunity for improvement
Once the measure has been completed, the persons responsible for the measure and those responsible for the superordinate finding or opportunity for improvement are informed by e-mail.
Reject effectiveness of the measure
You can reject the effectiveness of the measure via the corresponding transition and arrange for the measure to be revised again.
In the associated form, you justify your rejection in the corresponding protocol.
The following users are authorized to execute the transitions:

Auditors

Effectiveness testers
-
Persons responsible for measures
-
Persons responsible in the superordinate finding or opportunity for improvement
If the measure is rejected, the persons responsible for the measure are informed by e-mail.
Note: If the measure is rejected, the entire workflow is reset and the measure can be revised once again.
Complete audit
Once the audit report has been released and the effectiveness of all measures has been approved, the audit is automatically assigned the status completed.
