Postpone implementation of measures

You can apply for an extension of the deadline for the implementation of measures via the transition Request deadline extension and the associated form.

The following users are authorized to execute the transition:

• Effectiveness testers

• Persons responsible for measures

Auditors and effectiveness testers are notified of the request by e-mail.

Approve and reject deadline extension

You can approve or reject the deadline extension via the corresponding transition and the associated form.

The following users are authorized to do this:

• Effectiveness testers

• Auditors

• Contact persons for the audit area

After the corresponding transition has been carried out, those responsible for the measures are informed by e-mail whether the deadline extension has been approved or rejected.
