Create report component
You can create report components centrally in the SystemAdministration in the Report components area and (re)use them from there. You can also create report components in the schema or portal report where you want to use them. Which report components you can create and how to configure them is described under Report components.

Open the SystemAdministration

Create a new report component in the Reports area using the context menu:

Enter a label and confirm with Enter
