Configure email service
You can configure an email service in its properties in the Configuration area:

Use server properties |
If you enable this option, only the email service address data of the ServerProperties.XML file is used. Note: The e-mail service address data is taken either from the configuration of the Jobs & e-mail services object or from the ServerProperties.XML installation file. |

Sender address |
Here you store the sender email address. |

Sender name |
Here you store the sender name. |
|
SMTP host |
Here you store the address of the email server host. |
|
SMTP port |
Here you store the port of the email server host. |
|
Use TLS/STARTTLS |
If you enable this option, emails are transmitted encrypted. |

SMTP user |
Here you store the user login of the sender for the email server host. |
|
SMTP password |
Here you store the user password of the sender for the email server host. |
|
CC |
Here you store the email addresses to which a copy of the email will be sent. |
|
BCC |
Here you store the email addresses to which a blind copy of the email will be sent. |
|
Archive emails |
This option archives the email. |

BPM Portal |
If you store a Portal here, then the object names in the emails are provided with a link. With a click you navigate directly to the object in the Portal specified here. |

Default email program |
Here you select the email program that is used to send the emails by default. |

Here you select one of the following email image modes:

Extended logging |
If you enable this option, debug output of the email service will be written to the log file:

| Change notifications | Jobs and change notifications created under the entry Jobs & e-mail services. |
| Tenant ID | Here you store the Tenant ID that is assigned to your Azure Active Directory. This ID is used to identify and authenticate resources within your Azure AD directory. |
| Mail account ID | Here you store an email account ID within your Microsoft Office account. |
