Heat map

You can use heat maps to display in a matrix how often the combination of two values occurs for certain objects. Higher or lower values are highlighted by a graduated color intensity, making patterns, outliers and concentrations easily recognizable.

Example: You can use a heat map to compare different assessments of the process maturity level to get an overview of how mature your processes are in the company as a whole.

Tip: Use the Risk matrix to compare the impact and occurrence probability of risks.
