Release version
After the process version test with the standard release workflow has been successful, the object is passed on to a releaser and the release status is set to Release pending:
In this state the object cannot be edited. The release can be made in the WebModeller and in the Portal. The releaser can accept or reject the version.
Note: Users who are allowed to release a version are also always allowed to see the working draft of the process.
Note: If several releasers are assigned individually or as a group, only one user has to perform the release task. The user who performs the task first completes it on behalf of all other releasers.
Aeneis informs the releaser and other users via the following areas that the object version release is pending:

| My Tasks | Current tasks | The release appears as a card in the current tasks of the releaser as soon as the object is in the state Release pending. |

Users to whom this area is visible can see the release status of the object once the release has been started. |

Users can see the release status of the object in the intermediate version card. |

Authorized users can see and execute the transitions to release the draft via the More actions button of the respective object. Note: In the Portal and Apps, you can perform workflow actions in the following areas using the More actions button:
