Where can I find the details of my tickets?
The Requests button at the top right takes you to an overview of JIRA tickets created by you and your colleagues:
In the request overview you can set various filters to search for specific processes:
The most important information about the tickets is displayed in the table:
Columns |
Description |
---|---|
Type |
The icon indicates on which request type the ticket is based. |
Reference |
The reference consists of the service project name and a number. The reference is an identifier that the system automatically assigns when creating an operation. |
Summary |
The summary is the title of the ticket. |
State |
The status indicates whether your request has already been processed. See also: What is the status of my ticket? |
Service project |
The service project is the JIRA project from which your task was created. |
Requester |
The requester is the person who created the ticket. |
At the top right you can use the Manage columns button to set which columns are displayed by clicking to remove the respective column or adding it from the drop-down list. In addition, you can change the order of the columns using drag & drop:
To view the details of a ticket, click on the desired operation in the overview:
In the detail view of the ticket you have the following options:

View the description, status, priority, request type and other ticket details. Here, click the Show details button to see these details.
Note: The details of the ticket can no longer be edited.
