Configure ERWF

In the SystemAdministration you make a generic configuration, with which you determine each step of the versioning of a model object. You can specify exactly which users can edit the versioning and are notified by email when changes are made. At the end of the workflow, a version of the model object created using the procedure you configured is available.

Procedure:

1. Create a new version category and configure it based on the Customized version category your own release workflow

2. Create states and transitions under the version category to determine the ERWF's sequence

3. Configure version numbering to specify how versions are numbered.

4. Assign a version category to the model object category to determine the versioning process of the category objects.
